Employees may receive general safety orientation training in the following areas :

Sexual Harassment
Hand and Power Tool Safety
Machine Guarding and Conveyor Safety
Overhead Crane and Hoists
Employees may not operate forklifts at a client company without written approval
from Staff f Masters, Inc.
Forklift training is to be given by each facility in accordance with OSHA Regulations
regarding host employer responsibilities. Proof of certification from the client
company “host employer” must be submitted to our office,
in writing, prior to employees operating a forklift.
In addition, periodic training will be performed to maintain safety awareness.
Proper training for specific operation of machines within a facility will be dictated by
OSHA regulations.

Our Selection Process is comprehensive, detailed, and complete. We have a wide
variety of assessments for all skill sets from Kenexa ProveIt! as well as behavorial
testing. With our Drug Free Workplace Policy we administer pre-employment and
post-accident drug screening. Our background screening includes work history
and criminal investigation, and social security number verification. A one/one
behavorial interview is used to determine the appropriate fit for our clients' work
environment.
